We recommend you wait 48 hours before using your newly resurfaced bathtub. We complete our jobs as quickly as possible.
You can make a job order at any time. We will serve you on the first available day.
Today, yes, they both describe the act of preparing and refinishing a surface.
MS Refinish uses the most technologically advanced coating available. These finishes are designed to stand up to daily use and do not require special care. However, like a newly manufactured bathtub, a refinished surface can be chipped or scratched if it is abused.
Not, they don’t look painted! In fact, most people will have a difficult time telling any difference between a new bathtub and a refinished tub by our expert refinishers. The MS Refinish method process is good.
Our care instructions are basically the same as for most brand-new bathtubs. We recommend you use cleaners that are non-abrasive and contain no harsh acids. You can use Lysol, Pinesol, Mr. Clean, or DAWN. Most bathtubs, sinks, and tiles become worn and dull due to abrasive cleansers, not from time. The refinished surface should not be cleaned with pure bleach or put in contact with harsh acids or clog removers. Solid cleaners like Comet or Ajax should also be avoided since they are very abrasive and could ruin the finish.
In advance of the refinishers crew arriving for a cabinet painting or restoration project, we request you prepare by masking all items from the cabinets. Please put them safely away from the work area.
Definitely, we can change your bathtub to any color you want. Also, we can work on the color of your sink, tiles, countertop, and even cabinets.
No. This service is mess-free, and we will make sure your bathroom and all areas of the house/office stay clean and neat.
Prices will vary depending on various factors, including the condition of the cabinets/doors, the materials they are made from, and the price of new hardware like knobs and hinges.
It is generally recommended you choose a high sheen paint for your cabinets. High sheen paints are easier to clean and may last longer than matte finishes for cabinets.
Countertop refinishing is almost always more affordable than replacing old and worn countertops, especially custom countertops or large counters with curves and unique angles. Countertop refinishing will typically save homeowners 50% to 70% over total replacement costs.

Yes, you can. We don’t recommend it. DIY kits are limited in strength and durability. They usually fail within a month or two. They typically consist of an epoxy coating that takes up to 5 days to dry and yellows significantly over time.

Most kits are rolled or brushed on the fixture, giving an unsightly looking amateur finish. Some kits are sprayed on with an aerosol can, causing uneven coverage, dry spray, and drips. The mirror-like finish you really want cannot be achieved without proper training, experience, and professional equipment.

Not with our New Eco Process. With the traditional method, however we minimize these fumes and odors by using a sophisticated exhaust system that vents dust and odor to the outside while we work. Some companies use a box fan in a window, and that is simply not enough.
