Clean the whole area before our arrival, this will reduce the chance of anything landing in the finished coating. 

Please remove all loose items from room (i.e. pics, rugs, toiletries, sliding or shower doors and curtains)

Please try and have any water leaks or clog repaired prior to our arrival.

Please we need power light and A/C working
